JD - Will be responsible for efficiently running the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sous Chef is responsible for managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

- Since cafe is a hub for conscious creativity, offering workshops and discussions that foster community engagement and sustainable living, It’s a visionary concept where sustainability meets comfort dining Responsibilities & Expectations Prepare as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (FSSAI).
- Follow kitchen SOPs, FIFO, proper storage, and labeling procedures.
- Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages or spoilage.
- Minimize wastage through proper portion control and handling.
- Support basic training of junior staff when required.

Eligibility -• BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management,



Worked at least 2-3 years experience / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand restaurant chain or Hotel.• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
