Role Description The Social Media Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The intern will support Six Continuum’s online presence by planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms in alignment with ongoing residencies, exhibitions, and public programs. Daily tasks include drafting posts, capturing and editing photos or short videos, coordinating with artists and team members for timely updates, and monitoring audience engagement.

The intern will assist in executing digital campaigns, tracking basic performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on trends and analytics.



This role offers exposure to contemporary art and culture programming while contributing to community-building and audience growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign planning and audience growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts that reflect program activities and brand voice.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear writing and the ability to collaborate with artists, curators, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Interest in contemporary art, design, craft, or sound, and prior experience in cultural or creative organizations is an advantage.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Media, Communications, Marketing, Art, Design, or a related field is preferred.
