Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s real estate projects and strengthen brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, developing marketing strategies, coordinating sales and promotional activities, and managing digital and offline marketing channels.

The role involves close collaboration with the sales team and customer service representatives to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and a high-quality customer experience.

Specialist will also prepare marketing reports, track campaign performance, and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted marketing plans.
