Tender Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with client specifications.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary project information.

- Develop and maintain a database of past tender submissions and outcomes.

- Prepare pricing models and financial analysis for proposals.

- Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits.

- Review and edit submissions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

- Facilitate communication between technical and commercial teams during the tendering process.

- Track tender opportunities and manage the submission calendar.

Tender Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in proposal writing or bid management in a EPCs and infrastructure industry.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Familiarity with contract law and procurement processes.

- Proven experience in tendering or bid management.

- Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
