Role Description The Senior Learning Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves designing and delivering learning interventions for higher education stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and institutional leaders.

The Senior Learning

Consultant will conduct needs assessments, develop learning roadmaps, and create instructional materials aligned with evolving education trends and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating workshops and training sessions, advising clients on learning strategies and adoption of best practices, and supporting implementation of learning frameworks and tools.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal research and product teams to translate insights into practical learning solutions, as well as ongoing evaluation and refinement of programs based on feedback and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Training & Development skills, including designing and facilitating learning programs and workshops.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning Management, such as managing learning journeys, tracking outcomes, and using learning management systems.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, including creating curricula, learning materials, and assessments for diverse learner groups.
- Consulting capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement, needs analysis, solution design, and advisory support in an education or learning context.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working with higher education institutions or ed-tech organizations, especially in India, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to improve learning programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-evolving workplace.
