About the Role

Join an early-stage team building applied AI products for freight and logistics workflows. You will take problems from customer discovery through implementation and production monitoring, with a focus on reliable voice and email agents.

What You'll Do

- Own features end to end, from scoping customer needs to building, deploying, and monitoring production systems.
- Build voice and email agents, including speech pipelines, LLM orchestration, and guarded tool use.
- Develop full-stack product capabilities using React, Next.js, Python, and TypeScript.
- Create evaluation and testing systems, including golden datasets, regression checks, hallucination checks, and tool-call correctness tests.
- Design for streaming, concurrency, latency, scale, and cost, and use retrieval approaches where appropriate.
- Use AI coding tools while independently verifying their output.

What We're Looking For

- At least 5 years of experience shipping production software with end-to-end ownership across the stack.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React, with experience in both front-end and back-end development.




- Experience taking LLM features to production, including architecture, retrieval, and tool calling.
- Robust AI evaluation practices, including offline and online checks, regression testing, and hallucination testing.
- Experience with streaming, concurrency, SQL, and system design for scale and cost.
- Background in voice or real-time systems, such as STT/TTS, barge-in, telephony, or latency-sensitive pipelines.
- Comfort working as an early-stage engineer without an established playbook; experience with multi-agent systems, functional languages, open-source projects, or competitive programming is also relevant.
- Currently residing in India, able to work IST hours, and equipped for remote work with reliable internet.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is $5,000 to $9,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work in India without sponsorship.

Location

Remote, India. The role requires working during Indian Standard Time hours.
