Role Description The Sales & Marketing Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of YUKSTRA’s SaaS solutions in the retail software market. The Sales & Marketing Partner will plan and execute marketing initiatives, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and support product positioning and messaging.

Daily activities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing proposals and presentations,



coordinating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, and tracking performance against growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Research and Product Marketing skills to analyze markets and effectively position SaaS products.
- Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions, preferably in the retail or ERP/CRM domain.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
