Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Sales Manager with excellent communication, email writing and customer relationship management skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop current business opportunities.

Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails and meetings.

Draft and send professional emails, quotations, sales proposals and follow-up communications.

Handle customer enquiries,



coordinate orders and ensure timely responses.

Follow up with clients for orders, payments and new business requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Identify potential customers and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.

Maintain customer records, sales reports and regular follow-up updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, customer relationship management or B2B sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong email drafting and professional correspondence skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging, polymers or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
