Role: Sales & Business Development Intern

Location: Lucknow / Nearby

Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: Hybrid (Lucknow-based) / Remote (outside Lucknow)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Stipend: ₹5,000/month

About the Role

ScaleOn Consulting is looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Intern to work closely with the Founder across sales, lead generation, outreach, and business development activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build real-world experience in B2B sales - from prospecting to closing - and is excited about using AI tools to work smarter.

What You'll Do

•Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers

•Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting

•Send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach

•Follow up with prospects and help schedule sales meetings

•Support the Founder with sales calls, proposals, and business development activities

•Maintain lead and follow-up trackers/CRM

•Use AI tools for prospect research, outreach,



and sales productivity

Who We're Looking For

•Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and speaking with new people

•Good spoken and written communication skills in English

•Persistent, organised, and comfortable working with targets

•Genuinely interested in B2B sales and business development

•Familiar with AI tools, or excited to learn and use them

•Currently based in Lucknow or nearby cities/areas

•Open to relocating to Lucknow after the internship, for a potential full-time role

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory - we value initiative, confidence, learning ability, and willingness to execute.

Growth Path

High-performing interns may be considered for a full time Sales/Business Development role based in Lucknow after the internship, with growth in stipend/compensation based on performance.
