Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Purchasing Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up. The Sales and Purchasing Manager will oversee supplier selection, negotiate purchase terms, track inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement aligned with project and customer requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, preparing sales and purchase reports, monitoring market trends and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery.



The role also requires implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets, improve margins, and support initiatives related to innovation and energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and account management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience in purchasing, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
- Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and customer needs to support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, ERP or procurement tools, and standard office software.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Background in energy-efficient solutions, industrial products, or a related technical field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant professional experience in sales and purchasing is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
