About the RoleWe’re looking for people who can bring in clients for Kaarigar. You find businesses that need a website, app, or custom software, start the conversation, and help us close the deal. Our team handles the building.

This is a performance-based role. There’s no fixed monthly salary. You earn a commission on every deal you bring in, and you get paid as the client pays us. If you close, you earn. The more you close, the more you earn, with no cap.

What You’ll Do

- Find and reach out to potential clients (startups, local businesses, D2C brands, service companies) through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, cold email, and your own network
- Start conversations, understand what the client needs, and pitch Kaarigar’s services
- Set up calls or meetings between the client and our team
- Follow up with leads and help move them to a closed deal




- Share regular updates on your pipeline with us

What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection
- A basic understanding of what websites, apps, and digital services involve (you don’t need to code)
- Self-driven, since nobody will be chasing you daily
- A solid network or a knack for finding leads is a big plus
- Prior sales, freelancing, or marketing experience helps but isn’t required. Freshers and students are welcome.
