Role Description

This Sales and Marketing Intern role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, outreach to prospective clients, and maintaining customer records.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work on existing company data to identify and connect with potential customers.

Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to explore sales opportunities.

Support lead generation, qualification, and customer requirement understanding.

Maintain and update lead records, track follow-ups, and keep the sales pipeline organized.

Coordinate with the senior sales team to schedule meetings and product demos.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and customer research.





Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Coordinate with internal teams to support customer communication, sales activities, and feedback collection.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and basic account management tasks.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to help deliver product demos, assist in onboarding materials, and support client education efforts.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in AI, automation, or technology consulting and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving domain.
