Since 1988, JD Institute has trained designers who went on to build labels, run studios and shape the industry. We’re now redesigning how the institution runs, and we need someone to own one of its most important functions.

The Registrar is the custodian of every student’s journey, from the day they enrol to the day they graduate. You’ll make sure every record, rule and result is accurate, fair, and built to hold up.

What you’ll own

- Admissions, enrolment and student records across programmes and campuses
- Examination schedules, results, transcripts and certification
- Rolling out and enforcing a clear, written student policy framework covering attendance, academic progression, grievances and conduct
- Compliance with affiliating bodies, university partners and regulators
- Academic data and reporting that leadership can rely on to make decisions
- Building processes and a team that run without daily intervention from the top





Who we’re looking for

- 7+ years in academic administration, preferably as a Registrar, Deputy Registrar or Controller of Examinations in higher education
- Hands-on experience with university affiliations, statutory compliance and audits
- Someone who thinks in systems: comfortable with SIS/ERP platforms, dashboards and documented SOPs
- Firm but fair: you can hold the line on policy while keeping the student at the centre
- Bonus: experience in a design, arts or creative education institution
