Growth Marketer: Email, Partners and Creators (Remote, India) OptimHire is an AI platform that applies to jobs for US job seekers. We have paying users, a working funnel and thousands of recruiting and staffing partners. We need someone who turns that into cash through lifecycle email, partner programs and creator deals paid on results. No ad budget and no brand projects: this role is judged on cash. Your first 30 days:
- Turn our email to 4,000 recruiting and staffing partners into partners who actually send our offer to their candidates: follow-ups, calls and onboarding.
- Launch a 30-creator pilot paid per result, with a tracked code for every partner and creator.
- Report every Monday: cash, paid users and cost by channel. You're a fit if:
- You have made money from email, partners or creators for a subscription product, and can show the numbers.
- You have run upgrade, win-back or renewal emails.
- You have built an affiliate, partner or creator program paid on results.
- You measure honestly with codes, tracked links and holdout groups,



and you never buy email lists.
- You ship in days, without needing a team or a budget to start.
- You have sold to US customers. Pay: a base salary plus 10% of the cash your campaigns bring in, after a paid 30-day trial. Remote.
