About Synapse Synapse is a matrimony platform built exclusively for verified doctors in India, offering curated matches that fit a doctor's life. We're an early-stage startup: our waitlist is live, doctors are signing up, and we're building a small, hands-on team to take Synapse to every doctor in India.

About the role
We're hiring a Growth Intern, but really, we're looking for a generalist. Someone who can write a post in the morning, pitch a medical college at noon, and set up an automation by evening. Someone who doesn't need a playbook, just a goal. You'll work directly with the founder to build our go-to-market from scratch.

What you'll do
* Build and run our go-to-market from the ground up
* Get Synapse into the communities and channels where doctors already are
* Run quick experiments, track what works, and double down
* Use AI tools, bots and automations to do more with less You'll be a great fit if you
* Have experience in growth, marketing or community at a startup, or have built something from zero yourself




* Are a generalist who figures things out and gets them done
* Love trying recent ideas, and follow through on them
* Communicate well, whether it's a post, a pitch or a cold message
* Bonus: you know the medical world, or have connections in it Why join us
