The company is headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Thrissur, with immediate joining. The Medical Representative will promote Medburg's pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and nutraceuticals to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders across the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include planned doctor and chemist visits, presenting product information, providing scientific and commercial support, and following up on orders. The role involves managing a defined territory, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.



The Medical Representative will also gather market and competitor insights, take part in product trainings, represent the company at medical events, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards. You'll work with young, supportive managers and a management team that backs you in the field, with clear opportunities to grow your career with us. Qualifications
- Prior experience in pharma field sales is required.
- Robust medical sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and target achievement.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid customer service skills to support healthcare professionals with timely, accurate, and reliable assistance.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy or pharmacology principles to discuss formulations, dosage, and safety information confidently.
- A bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or business is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and use CRM or sales reporting tools effectively.
- A valid two-wheeler/driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Familiarity with the Thrissur market is an added advantage. Compensation & Details
