WE’RE HIRINGFUNDRAISING INTERN /EXECUTIVE We are looking for a results-driven Fundraising Skilled who can take ownership of fundraising initiatives, build meaningful donor relationships, and generate financial support for our social impact programmes. This role is for individuals who understand fundraising as more than outreach — it requires strategic thinking, strong communication, donor engagement, negotiation skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into actual contributions. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet defined financial targets.
• Identify, approach, and engage individual donors, prospective major donors, and potential funding partners.
• Build and manage a structured donor pipeline, from prospect identification to successful contribution.
• Drive fundraising campaigns through direct outreach, donor engagement, and strategic networking.
• Communicate the NGO’s programmes, impact, and funding requirements through compelling pitches and proposals.
• Follow up with prospects, manage donor relationships, and strengthen long-term donor retention.
• Track fundraising performance, maintain donor databases, and submit regular progress reports.
• Identify new fundraising channels, partnerships, and opportunities to expand resource mobilisation. Who Should Apply?We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, business development, donor acquisition, partnerships, or resource mobilisation.
• The ability to initiate conversations, follow up consistently, handle objections, and close contributions.




• Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Tamil.
• Confidence in engaging donors, professionals, corporates, and other potential supporters.
• A target-oriented mindset, initiative, and commitment to measurable outcomes.
• The ability to manage a pipeline, document progress, and work independently. Candidates with demonstrated fundraising achievements, donor networks, successful campaign experience, or relevant sales and business development experience will be preferred. This is a specialised fundraising role, not a general volunteering or social media internship. Applicants must be prepared to take ownership of fundraising activities and deliver measurable results.
