Job Post: Lead / Head of Engineering – Full Stack & Applied AI

8–12 Years Employment Type: Full time We are looking for a hands-on Lead / Head of Engineering to lead product development across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure and AI-powered systems. This role involves working directly with founders and taking end-to-end ownership of products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-stack engineering across frontend, backend, databases and cloud.
• Drive AI initiatives involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents and evaluation systems.
• Define architecture, engineering standards and development practices.
• Own product delivery, scalability, performance and reliability.
• Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams on product strategy.
• Mentor engineers and build a strong engineering team.
• Required Skills
• 8–12 years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.




• Strong Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js and TypeScript experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents and AI integrations.
• Experience building and deploying production applications.
• Strong system architecture, product ownership and leadership skills.
• Preferred: LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, AI evaluations, Redis, microservices and startup/zero-to-one product experience. Note: This is a hands-on technical leadership role. Strong Python backend experience is mandatory.
