Join our team as a Sr. General Manager – Medical Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping our medical and marketing initiatives. ? Qualification Required: MBBS + MD in Pharmacology (mandatory) ? Major Purpose of the Role To deliver high-quality, timely medical support across product development, clinical research, KOL engagement, training, and regulatory collaboration—driving successful implementation of divisional and therapy area strategies. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of medical inputs into divisional/therapy marketing strategies.
• Provide scientific support for new product launches (monographs, training, presentations).




• Respond to product-related medical queries using evidence-based literature.
• Drive CMEs, doctors’ meetings, publications, and scientific updates.
• Plan and oversee clinical studies, advisory boards, and medical engagement events.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance in promotions/packaging.
• Evaluate current product opportunities from a medical perspective.
• Train field and marketing teams on disease management and therapy insights.
