We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry in APAC Markets to identify, engage, and place high-caliber talent across supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and operations functions. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and sourcing niche Supply Chain & Logistics professionals for leading companies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Supply Chain & Logistics-related positions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide market insights and talent mapping.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system.
• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in APAC markets, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing, or Operations sectors.
• Robust sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain & Logistics functions and talent landscape is an advantage. Preferred Hiring Areas
