The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for tax compliance, tax preparation, financial statements, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US taxation, IRS compliance, tax software, and review responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review Form 1040 Individual Tax Returns, Prepare Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S, Prepare Multi-State Tax Returns
• Prepare Schedule C, D, E and F, Perform Book-to-Tax Adjustments, Prepare Schedule M-1 and Schedule M-3
• Tax Planning and Tax Research,



Fixed Asset & Depreciation Calculations, Handle Tax Extensions
• Review junior accountants' work, Coordinate directly with US CPA firms,Resolve IRS and State Tax queries
• Meet strict tax deadlines Required Skills
