BE (Electrical or equivalent), with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

Job Description
• Design Management for all Electrical Systems for current and refurbishment projects
• Electrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses – High side and Low side
• Design and execution of UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, interior and exterior lighting
• Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works
• Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (NBC 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)




• Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
• Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.
• Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
• Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization’s set standards
• Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
• Manage other Infrastructure related works
