Job Summary: This role is responsible for owning and delivering critical financial and operational reporting for executive leadership and business partners. You will transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and establish standardized reporting processes. A key aspect of this position involves collaborating with systems teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute comprehensive financial reporting packages to executives.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify business drivers and opportunities.
- Create executive-ready presentations and visualizations from financial findings.
- Develop monthly review materials and KPI scorecards for finance partners.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in FP&A; or business finance reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Anaplan and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into explicit reports.
Industry Experience: This role requires experience in corporate finance, specifically within financial planning and analysis, with a focus on managing P&L; statements and operational forecasting.
