About our Program

S4E is one of the major Business- & IT Transformation Programs within global Siemens Energy (SE). Its key objective is to transform our historical patchwork of 23 legacy SAP systems into a completely new platform based on the latest state-of-the-art SAP S/4 HANA technology. At the same time, S4E-Unify is aiming for the optimization and harmonization of SE’s worldwide Business Processes across all Business Areas, Regions and Functions. Goal is to significantly reduce complexity, increase speed and flexibility, foster cross-organizational collaboration and finally drive significant cost S4E-Unify core team consists of roughly 300 colleagues around the globe plus a substantial extended community of subject matter experts (SME), change network ambassadors and other contributors. It affects 40,000 global users and follows an implementation roadmap through 2030.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Test Strategy & Operations Management Specialist for User Acceptance Test (UAT) (f/m/d), you start your day aligning with internal stakeholders and external IT partners to support in the develop the S/4 test factory setup for User Acceptance Testing.

You oversee the integration of various rollout projects within the S/4 program, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and well-governed operating model.



Being part of a global team of IT and Business Transformation experts, you monitor testing activities across rollout projects and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and performance.

You drive stakeholder alignment, analyze key performance metrics, and continuously improve processes through automation and AI-driven solutions. At the end of the day, you consolidate results, prepare performance reports, and propose next steps to strengthen the factory setup

How You’ll Make an Impact

·Contribute to scale the S/4 test factory for the UAT scope, combining internal employees and external IT partners to enable industrialized SAP rollouts.

·Lead and govern defined UAT test-related activities across the global rollout program.

·Manage the Performance Management on UAT testing scope with transparent KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms for various rollout projects.

·Drive automation and AI-enabled testing approaches for UAT across various rollout projects to increase efficiency and quality.

·Manage risks, dependencies, and service levels for UAT scope across various rollout projects to ensure timely and complete delivery.

·Ensure transparency through structured reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment

What you bring

Proven experience in managing IT environments or transformation programs.

·Good understanding of enterprise IT systems (software, hardware, databases).

·Experience in rollout initiatives (preferably SAP/S/4HANA).

·Knowledge of IT operations, governance, and service management structures.

·Experience to work with external IT partners and related performance frameworks.

·Experience leading cross-functional, international initiatives.

·Business fluent English; German is an advantage
