Responsibilities
- Planning, Coordination, Execution of after sales Service.
- handle after sales service to customers, coordination with Service partners & OEMs
- Schedule the Warranty/Post Warranty Services, PMS, end to end Coordination.
- Spare Parts Management
- Ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Generate Revenue through Retrofit business.
Requirements
- In depth technical knowledge of cold room PUF panels, All kind of Freon refrigeration systems, controls & Electrical Control Panel, etc.
- Capability of handling the technical query of internal team, customers, OEMs, Installation Partners
- Customer oriented
- Cost conscious
- Time Management
- Valuable Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
