Job Summary
TRIDE is looking for an Airport Operations Executive to manage day-to-day team operations, compliance, reporting,
asset records, and coordination with airport stakeholders.

Manage team attendance, uniform adherence, discipline, and operational compliance.
Monitor team performance and collect daily EOD (End-of-Day) reports for submission to TRIDE management.
Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and airport procedures.
Manage TAEP and BAEP pass applications, renewals, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with GMR/airport staff for daily updates, operational requirements, and schedules.
Coordinate meetings between GMR/airport stakeholders and TRIDE management as required.
Maintain accurate asset inward/outward records and ensure proper asset handover and accountability.
Handle day-to-day employee concerns and ensure smooth team coordination.
Identify operational issues and escalate them to management promptly.
Travel to other locations/airports when required.
Requirements

45 years of experience in airport operations, field operations, facility management, manpower management, or a
similar role.

Strong people management and team-handling skills.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong follow-up, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and email.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced airport environment and manage operational priorities.
Willingness to work as per airport/shift requirements.
Willingness to travel as required.
