Roles and Responsibility

Gather requirements from stakeholders and create business analysis documents.

Develop BRD (Business Requirement Document) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) protocols.

Map SAP processes and model data for effective analysis.

Create SQL queries and perform data analytics to inform business decisions.

Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to drive business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
