Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting to drive growth in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that target specific customer segments.
- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales or business development in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
