Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions including headhunting and lateral hiring.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in real estate construction industry.

- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of candidates who meet performance targets.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions for corporate recruitment needs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment management).

- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment projects, particularly in real estate construction industry.

- Solid understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
