Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end dark store operations
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability
• Control shrinkage and improve store productivity
• Lead and manage store staff
• Monitor order processing, dispatch & delivery SLAs
• Maintain safety, quality and operational standards
• Track store performance and achieve operational targets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Eligibility

Any Graduate – Mandatory
Quick Commerce experience – Mandatory
Candidates from Blinkit / Zepto / Flipkart Minutes / BigBasket or similar companies preferred




Solid team handling & operations management skills
