JOB Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports for various business functions.
- Build and configure value sets, data models, templates, and report layouts within BI tools.
- Customize and enhance OTBI dashboards, analytics, and subject areas based on business requirements.
- Configure and maintain workflow processes using Oracle BPM, including approvals and business rules.
- Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud modules, addressing incidents, enhancements, and service requests.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLSQL scripts, integrations, and related technical components.
- Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work in an Agile delivery model, managing tasks and defects via JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and client stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including MD50, TE20, OUM documentation, test scripts, and technical design documents.
- Ensure timely reporting and updates to client teams,



working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of robust hands-on experience with:

Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) development

OTBI report creation and analytics

- Oracle Fusion technical components

Experience with:

- Value sets
- Personalization and extensions
- Workflow setup and changes using Oracle BPM
- Solid working knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle-based applications (preferably 10g onwards)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and production support
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience working in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
