Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SME on papers is mandatory.
- Solid experience in International Banking Voice Process is mandatory.
- Candidates must have relevant banking voice process experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as applicable.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle escalations and provide process-level support to team members.
- Assist associates with process and customer-related queries.
- Monitor process adherence and support day-to-day operations.
- Conduct knowledge sharing and provide guidance to team members.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations for process-related concerns.
