Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for our oncology division in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing the sales team, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share in the oncology sector.
- Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key opinion leaders in the oncology field.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct training sessions for sales personnel on product knowledge and market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, regulatory,



and production to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare or oncology sector.
- Solid understanding of oncology products, market dynamics, and healthcare regulations in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.
