Nair Systems is currently looking for Sector Solution - Trade Revenue Expansion Business Analyst for our Qatar operations

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.

Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions.

Experience in Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade.

Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.

Experience supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development initiatives is preferred.

Experience in trade digitization, process automation,



or technology implementation projects is preferred.

Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.

Required Special Skills:

Strong business analysis and requirement management skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Solid data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills.

Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.

Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.

Knowledge of international trade flows, trade corridors, and transaction banking solutions

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, and financial analyses.

Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

Excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
