Job Description
We are urgently hiring for the position of Accounts Executive for a leading CA firm in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
• Oversee all accounts payable functions, including invoice verification and payment processing. Vendor Payments
• Process vendor payments promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and regularly update vendor records. Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
• Review and process purchase requisitions across various departments. Financial Analysis
• Conduct financial analysis to support cost control and management initiatives. Cost Accounting
• Maintain precise cost accounting records and assist with financial planning, analysis, and budgeting. Account Finalization
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely finalization of accounts. General Accounting
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliations and invoice processing. Key

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting and account finalization.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
