Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to source suitable candidates, and a target-driven approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.




- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
- A laptop/computer and a stable internet connection are preferred.
