Role Description The Radio Personality will host live and recorded radio programs, introduce music and other segments, and engage with listeners through on-air interaction and occasional in-person events. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing show content, researching topics, writing or refining scripts, and coordinating with production staff to ensure smooth broadcasting. The role involves operating studio equipment, adhering to broadcast schedules, and following station and college guidelines for quality, ethics, and compliance.

Personality will also participate in promotional activities, represent HOPE Training College’s values on air, and support student-focused initiatives when required. This is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in radio presentation and hosting, including experience as a Radio Host and familiarity with general Radio operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Radio Broadcasting and Broadcasting, including managing live and recorded shows using studio and on-air equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Music programming, including selecting, cueing, and introducing music that fits the station’s format and audience.
- Strong verbal communication, clear diction, and engaging on-air presence, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and production teams, manage time effectively, and follow editorial and compliance guidelines.
- Prior experience in radio, media, or audio production is highly beneficial; relevant training or qualifications in media, communications, or broadcasting are an advantage.
