Project Manager – Online Research (Multi-Country)

Krest Market Labs is a new-age market research company. We specialise in healthcare/pharma and consumer/FMCG research, and we work with clients globally.

The Role

We need an Online Project Manager to run multi-country quantitative studies from start to finish. You’ll be the link between global clients, panel partners and our internal teams, making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online quantitative studies across several countries, from kick-off to final data delivery
- Source and manage samples through our proprietary panel, panel exchanges and marketplaces such as PureSpectrum and Cint
- Build and look after a network of panel and sample vendors across markets; negotiate CPIs, feasibility and timelines
- Check feasibility, set quotas and track fieldwork progress daily
- Monitor data quality: remove speeders, straightliners and fraudulent respondents, and handle reconciliations




- Be the main point of contact for global clients, with regular updates on status, issues and resolutions
- Work with scripting, data processing and research teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Track project costs and vendor invoices against budget

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience managing online multi-country research projects
- Hands-on experience with sample platforms such as PureSpectrum, Cint or similar
- An existing network of panel and sample vendors
- Experience working directly with global clients
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills, and the ability to run several projects at once
- Clear written and spoken English

Valuable to Have

- Exposure to healthcare/pharma or B2B audiences
- Familiarity with survey platforms (Decipher, Confirmit/Forsta, Qualtrics or similar)
- Comfort working across time zones
