Lakshya Venture is hiring for the role of Public Relations Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern

●Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

●Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently

●Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions

●Gather and document customer feedback to improve service quality

●Stay up-to-date on company products and services

●Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements

●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities

●Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

●Ability to work independently and as part of a team

●Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Duration: 93 days + 6 days training

Location: Work from home

Working Days: 6 days a week from Tuesday - Sunday

Working hours: 3 flexible working hours

Stipend: UNPAID

Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.

Essential: Proficiency in Hindi is a prerequisite.
