Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex operational and settlement administration projects within a fast-paced, global environment. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, SOPs, process documentation, and performance metrics.
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Act as a problem solver and strategic partner in delivering exceptional client and operational outcomes.





Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, operations, financial operations, settlement administration, or business process management.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience in settlement administration, financial operations, reconciliations, healthcare liens, insurance, or litigation support is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, reporting, analytics, or fund management is preferred.
