What You'll Do

- Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlement, Trade capture, Trade Processing, Trade Validation and Cash transactions also Audit statements and accounting terminologies.
- Coordinate with RM’s and CSA (Customer Service associate) based out of US.
- Positive knowledge of legal documents, and ability to understand the Directives for Cash and Trade on Fax and other Handwritten documents.
- Knowledge of different Cash transactions like WIRES, ACH, DIRECT DEBIT Mandates etc.
- Monitor Cash and trade and internal transfer settlement status and timely processing of activities as per timelines.
- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.




- Ensure Single line and multiple line events are processed within the agreed timelines and accuracy
- Work with CSA and clients to implement the Directives which have been received.
- May engage or lead change initiatives for process improvement/innovation

Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong on Cash, Trade, Audit statements and legal documents as evidenced by 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management
