Role Description This full-time, on-site Process Consultant role is based in Coimbatore.

The Process

Consultant will analyze existing healthcare business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with client objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include mapping and documenting workflows, gathering and interpreting operational data, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement standardized process changes.



The role involves monitoring performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure solutions are adopted effectively and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

- Strong business process expertise, including Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement.
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare operations, shared services, or consulting is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools, documentation standards, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
