Role Description The Private Investor role is a contract position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-person collaboration and work from home.

The Private

Investor will review business plans, financial projections, and market data to assess investment opportunities within Vivaham 360’s wedding and events portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing risk and return profiles, participating in strategy discussions with founders and key stakeholders, and providing guidance on capital allocation and growth initiatives. The role also involves monitoring performance of funded projects, recommending corrective actions where required,



and supporting governance practices to safeguard invested capital.

The Private

Investor will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align investment decisions with long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills, including experience with business valuation, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio management, and capital markets, preferably with exposure to early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research, interpret data, and derive insights relevant to the wedding, events, or hospitality sector.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for engaging with founders, partners, and other stakeholders in investment discussions.
- Experience in contract-based or advisory roles, with the ability to work independently and maintain professional discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in or understanding of the Indian weddings and events landscape, including its business and cultural dimensions.
- Comfort with a hybrid work model in Hyderabad, including occasional in-person meetings, site visits, and event-related evaluations.
