About the RoleBeaucience India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented PPIC Manager (Production Planning & Inventory Control) to lead production planning, material planning, inventory control and process improvement at our skincare, haircare and personal care manufacturing facility.

We are seeking a professional who can take complete ownership of the PPIC function, lead the team, establish robust systems and ensure efficient, timely execution with minimal supervision and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Develop and manage production plans based on confirmed orders, material availability and manufacturing capacity.
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Drive effective material planning and ensure timely procurement of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
- Inventory Management: Monitor RM, PM, bulk and finished goods inventory, ensure accurate stock reconciliation and minimise excess inventory.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Production, QA/QC, R&D; and Finance to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead the PPIC team, establish clear accountability, monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to minimise material losses, inventory holding costs and production delays.




- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of BPRs, GRNs, ARNs and other relevant production and inventory documentation.
- Operational Monitoring & Reporting: Manage vendor follow-ups, production schedules, MIS reporting and ERP data accuracy to support effective decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline), B.Sc., B.Com. or equivalent qualification.
- MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in PPIC, production planning or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or personal care manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Procuzy or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, production planning, inventory management, problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities, coordinate across departments and drive timely execution.
