Role Description The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations at Pioneer Petro Chem’s facility in New Delhi. This full time, on-site role includes managing production schedules, supervising manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Plant

Manager monitors equipment performance, coordinates maintenance activities, and optimizes resource utilization to achieve production targets and efficiency goals. The role also involves leading and developing plant teams, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with supply chain, quality,



and management teams to support business objectives.

Manager prepares operational reports, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to maintain reliable and cost-effective plant operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations to oversee daily activities and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills to manage processes, resources, and performance across the plant.
- Candidates should possess effective Production Planning skills to coordinate schedules, optimize capacity, and meet delivery commitments.
- Relevant experience in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, team management, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze operational data, use basic productivity and reporting tools, and drive process improvements is advantageous.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
