Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Qualified Expert serving learners of all age groups in the Indian region. The professional will plan and deliver structured phonics and public speaking sessions online, using interactive methods suited to different age ranges and proficiency levels. Daily tasks include designing lesson plans, creating engaging learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help build strong communication skills and confidence.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, maintaining accurate records of sessions and learner performance, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians when required.



The expert will uphold high standards of educational quality and ensure inclusive, respectful learning experiences for all learners.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, spoken English, and speech clarity, with the ability to adapt teaching approaches for different age groups.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, including stage presence, voice modulation, articulation, and confidence-building techniques.
- Skill in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and designing age-appropriate, engaging learning activities for online environments.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital learning tools, and basic computer skills to conduct effective remote sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and encourage learner participation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with learners from diverse backgrounds in the Indian region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, Performing Arts, or a related field; formal training or certification in phonics or public speaking is an advantage.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or coaching (online or in-person), preferably with mixed-age groups, and a demonstrated passion for learner-centric education.
