We’re hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Real Estate) | Gurugram
At GrowthX Estates, we’re building our in-house performance marketing team and I’m looking for someone who measures success in site visits and bookings, not clicks.
? Location: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram (work from office)
? Experience: 2–3 years in performance marketing, with real estate experience in Gurgaon/NCR
? Compensation: competitive fixed salary + monthly incentives linked to bookings
What you’ll do:
→ Run Google Ads and Meta Ads for premium projects.
→ Own lead quality: targeting, qualifiers, Pixel/CAPI, GA4 and CRM integration
→ Optimise for cost per qualified lead, site visits and bookings
→ Work closely with our sales team on lead feedback every day
→ Run launch and NRI campaigns across Gurgaon’s key micro-markets
You’re a fit if you:
✔ Have personally managed ₹4L+ monthly ad spend on real estate campaigns
✔ Can show real numbers: CPL, cost per site visit, bookings
✔ Know Gurgaon micro-markets and buyer profiles
