- Deep expertise in at least one paid media channel — Search, Shopping, Programmatic, or Marketplace Ads — with the ability to guide strategy and review execution across all.

- Experience managing campaigns on Flipkart Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, or similar marketplace advertising platforms is a strong differentiator and highly preferred.

- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 — and comfort with marketplace-specific tools (Helium 10, Amazon Pi, or Flipkart's own campaign manager).

- Proven ability to manage a team of 5–10 people — Pod Leads, Executives, and Analysts — and hold them to outcomes.

- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable building performance narratives from data, not just pulling dashboards.

- Transparent, confident communicator — with clients in Business Reviews and with leadership in programme updates.

- Strong project management instincts: you can track multiple workstreams, spot risk early, and drive resolution without waiting to be told.
