As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. - LLM Engineers – Post-Training – 3–7 years overall experience

Experience post-training open-source LLMs/SLMs using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, Reinforcement Learning, preference optimization or distillation Strong PyTorch/Transformers/TRL fundamentals

Experience with synthetic data,



evaluation harnesses and domain-specific benchmarks

Interest in agentic coding, tool-use and domain-specialized models

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and API management.
- Experience working with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
