Role Description The Payroll Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities. This role includes processing monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, maintaining employee payroll records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

The Payroll

Executive will handle salary components, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits, and coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries. The role also involves preparing payroll reports,



supporting audits, and continuously improving payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Payroll Management and Finance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and responding to employee queries.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of statutory compliances related to payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, tax deductions).
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in payroll or HR operations, would be beneficial.
